Return & Refund Policy

At Vishwaa, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Items on clearance or marked “Final Sale”


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@vishwaa.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.

Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider (processing time may vary)

  • If still unresolved, contact us at support@vishwaa.com


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as applicable.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may proceed with a return after delivery.
